We guarantee ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy if you are no 100% happy with your purchase. We will offer you a refund of goods or replacement at our cost. Please contact our office so we are aware of the issue and we will advise you of then next steps in receiving a replacement of goods.

How do I return products to Peak Nutritionals™?
Send us an email via our ‘contact us’ drop down menu and follow the prompts. We will be more than happy to assist you.
We take the utmost care in ensuring your payment process is hassle free, you will notice we use E-way and PayPal as payment options, however you don’t need to have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card to finalise your payment through this using the PayPal icon. We have ensured our website is a secure gateway payment shopping cart for security purposes and ease of mind.
Please Note:We do not store any credit card details on the web, to ensure no 3rd party intercept of your credit card details via our shopping cart process. We only receive notification when the funds have cleared and for us to dispatch your purchased goods. You will be notifed at your end if payment has not gone through.
Orders will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $9.50.
Generally postage can take up to 4 days to deliver in a metropolitan area, please note, Perth and Northern Territory may take up to 7 days for delivery. We do not offer ‘pick up’ from our premises presently.
Please note: we cannot ship to a post office box, must be an actual address.
