Ingredients:
1 cup nut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tbs bi-carb soda
2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
4 scoops Peak Nutritionals WPI classic chocolate

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Prepare baking tray
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Press into tray
5. Bake for 15 mins
6. Cool for 10 mins
